Terms and conditions of the Fashion 4 Lady online store
This document specifies the terms and conditions of purchases in the online store available at www.fashion4lady.com , run by Kokietki Maciej Rogulski with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Jana Kasprowicza 12d, 92-781 Łódź. Company details: NIP: 7272564967, REGON: 100941290. The company is entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) run by the Minister responsible for the economy.

Scope of the regulations These regulations apply to all orders placed by individual Customers and Entrepreneurs via our online store.
A consumer is a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity (Article 22 of the Civil Code). An entrepreneur is a natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf (Article 43 of the Civil Code).
No additional terms or conditions of trade presented by Entrepreneurs shall apply unless we expressly agree to this in writing.

Contract conclusion process The sales contract is concluded with the company Kokietki Maciej Rogulski.
Products presented in our store constitute an offer to conclude a sales contract. To make a purchase, add selected products to the basket and then place an order. Data entered in the forms can be modified until the order is finalized.
The order is approved by clicking the button confirming the purchase on the summary page. When the order is received in our system, the sales contract is concluded. After placing the order, we send a confirmation by e-mail.

The language of the contract and its record The sales contract may be concluded in the following languages: English
The content of the agreement is stored and sent to the Customer by e-mail together with the order confirmation and the regulations. Customers can also view their orders within the customer account.

Delivery Terms Prices listed in the store do not include delivery costs, unless otherwise indicated. Detailed information about available delivery options and their costs is visible when placing an order and in a dedicated tab on the store's website.
We only ship via courier and pick up at the point. Personal collection is not possible.

Traditional bank transfer. Transfer details are sent by email after placing the order. Fulfillment begins after the payment has been posted.

Right to withdraw from the contract The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable regulations and the information contained in the instructions for withdrawal from the contract.

Damage during transport. In the case of a consumer purchase, the store is liable for accidental damage or loss of the shipment during transport. If the shipment arrives with visible damage, please report the problem to the carrier and contact us. This does not affect the statutory rights of the Customer, but may facilitate the complaint procedure with the transport company.

Complaints The store undertakes to deliver products free from defects. In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer has the right to repair, exchange, reduce the price or withdraw from the contract under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act. Online Services To use the store, you need a device with internet access and an updated browser that supports JavaScript and Cookies. Users are required to use the site in accordance with the law and good manners.
In case of technical problems, you can report them by email or telephone, providing details of the fault and the time it occurred.

Dispute resolution Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, e.g. via the ODR platform ( https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr ) . Participation in such procedures requires the consent of both parties.

Final Provisions The Regulations do not limit the statutory rights of the Consumer. In the event of a conflict with the provisions of law, the statutory regulations shall prevail.
In disputes with Entrepreneurs, Polish law applies, and the competent court is the court in Łódź. Exceptions apply to sole proprietors if the agreement does not concern their professional activity.
